That looks like one of those roads that takes at least 2 hours, no matter how fast you go.

Define winding. ; )

One of the scariest roads I was ever on was in Arizona heading towards Alpine. Spooky stuff out there with nothing around for miles except this tight winding dirt road. Out here you lose reception just about when the road goes squirrely, but it's never 77 miles!

Oh that looks like fun! I've never been up around that part of the country. I just got a truck because I own a Buell, so maybe I should go trailer trash and head up that way this fall...?

H12 outside Missoula, MT into Idaho. Goes through Lolo Hot Springs from the movie "A River Runs Through It."

I don't live there but have ridden this great road a couple of times.

I did Lolo Pass east to west coming back from the S2 Roundup. Camped at the east end and rode through at dawn. No traffic, had so much fun I didn't even stop to take a picture. That sign is at the west end, I already have that shot with my other Buell so I rode right on by. Going back in a few weeks for the 2 day Geothermal Jerry Bash at the hot springs.
