Any fellow tuber riders dislocated a shoulder?I'd like to know how long it hurts this bad.On another note, that old saying is a bunch of crap,as I'm the third type of rider.......One that has(busted my arse)that will do it again! The worst part was loosing my pants in the ER!Any way,I was just curious when the pain will slow providing that no other damage was done.

Disclocation isn't that bad...it's putting it back in place thats fun...It hurts but as soon as it got put in place, you're good...

It'll be sore, but if it is more than just sore, I'd say ya tore something...because that's what happened to me.

I was 25 with surgery on both shoulders, both had been torn up within 2 years...crazy.

Hell, did picking up the bike put your shoulder back in the socket? It damn near could have, lol.

Wait, no, I see a guy tugging on your arm at not the right angle at all! Though I guess it depends which way it popped out. I laid on a table face down while this doctor literally hung on my arm with all her weight and about 3 shots of relaxer later it went back in and I didn't even feel it..I dislocated it and stayed for the rest of the game before going to ER. =)

It's going to be a long long time before I forget it going back in.That was a much slower process than pulling it out of socket.Hopefully I just stressed the crap out of my muscles picking the bike up with my arm popped out.The pain is much less than when I laid my bike back down but it still hurts very bad a day and a half later.I was just getting worried and looking for a little(non-textbook)input.
