Somehow picked up a chunk of steel, that wedged in my rear fender and cut a trough down the center of my tire. The rear end went all swervy but I kept it up and made it to the shoulder. But I realized you meant the fender...I think I will do that next   Judotrip Posted on Wednesday, July 22, 2009 - 11:17 am:        finally got the bike back. looks like i sucked in a muffler hanger into the rear fender which became part of the bike and cut the tire in half. Had to wait a while for the tire to get ordered and put on the bike, but I now have a sweet momento to go with the story...
