Can they be rebuilt and revalved? I have one on my cyclone and its not bad, just wondering if it could be better. | ||

For a negotiating point, I paid $125 for a used one. I can't tell you if it needs rebuilt or not, and I wouldn't mind recoating the spring if that's possible. I was happy to pay that rather than pay the new price for that coil-over look, though. | ||

lindeman engineering said that they can rebuild and improve the wp shock. they also suggested to try and find a pre recall version if possible. tim | ||

I finally got the pics of the shock. It's not a Works shock, it's a Showa  . So I educated the seller on the difference and explained it wasn't anything special and I bought it anyway. Will install this weekend. |
