I wanted a slip in unit that removes/installs in 1 minute, a solid fit, a good noise, and good flow. The elbow was an afterthought that I tacked on for giggles, and decided to keep her, it looked and felt good to me. Plus made it less loud for my ears...

I'll take pics of it on the bike in better light tomorrow...... I didn't know how the force baffles fit, or if they made it much quieter, so I made my own. My neighbors are SOOOO happy I put this baffle in hahaha......

Anyone have a picture of the force baffle installed? Does it change the external appearance?

Nice work.

I have a KT pipe. I don't have a picture but know how to make it. It is about 5 inches long and solid.

The O.D. is just a touch smaller than the I.D of the KT pipe so it fits snug and is held with one bolt and a nut welded into the inside of the baffle. The front side is a diagonal cut like here. https://www.appletreeauto.com/chrome-tips-diagonal -cut-pair-pr-4413.html

On the diagonal side that is where the perforated baffle is. So it is mostly solid with just the closed 45* diagonal front perforated and the rear just open.

I hope that makes sense.
