All i can say is this is my new shop for any performance based engine work!! Just a pleasure to work with. Really just top notch, Experienced and buell enthusiasts. I live 700 miles away!

Glad to see the project is moving along.
What about the vacume port? Unplug and then cap? Why not leave it plugged? I must be mis-understanding something.

It is not a california model and i have never plugged it! But if FMJ says plug it then we will do just that.

I think that goes to a carbon canister if it has to have Cali. emissions. Buell used a small rubber cap that dries out and cracks over time, just about like all vacuum caps. You can pick up a pack of them at the auto parts store for cheap and cap it off.
