anyone every try to take the tuber gauges apart and change the gauge faces? |

No but it can be done. be very careful of what your doing back there you can really screw stuff up. |

Kinda off topic but who was it that made those good looking XB faces last year, or before? He had some printed up on the heavy duty clear paper and sold them. From the pics I saw they were very well done. I wonder how they're holding up. My point is, you may ask some of the XB guys to give you some pointers and use the search engine for face replacement. |

Yes, You have to open them by carefully unbending the rolled seam with a small screwdriver like a tuna can. It will take about 45 minutes per gauge to take apart and about 30 minutes to reassemble so you do not break or damage the ring or plastic.
