Bummer. Not sure what the original cause was, but my 01 M2 put me afoot. Broken primary chain, broken mainshaft 1st gear (2 dogs broke off).
The jolt caused the 3 top bolts holding the trap door on to bend and crack the holes in the left case. Metal around those 3 holes in the trap door broke off.

Question: my trap door has a P/N 25238-94.
I've seen some on Ebay with a P/N 25237-89.
Just looking at pictures, I can't see any difference between them. Anyone know what the dif is with the trap doors?

Never mind.
25237 is the trap door.
25238 is the trap door assembly with bearings.

But if anyone knows a good source for a trap door assembly, I'd appreciate it.
