looks easy but inside the cas who do i get the cable off? Do i pull off inside that holds ait and put back in

??? i dont understand what your explaining....but yes you have to remove the arm piece that holds the end of the cable then put it on the new cable once its threaded into the case, then re attach it to the clutch assembly.

do yourself a favor and search the knowledge vault. there are multiple discussions of your procedure.

be prepared to buy new parts if you don't know what you are doing

ANYONE WHO WORKS ON THEIR OWN BIKE NEEDS A FACTORY SERVICE MANUAL AND A PARTS MANUAL FOR THEIR SPECIFIC YEAR. TOGETHER THEY COST LESS THAN 1 HOUR OF LABOR CHARGES AT THE DEALERSHIP....

Aaron you can look at the S1 manual here on bad web. Slack the cable at the front of the engine, pull the top hat, back off and remove the clutch ramp, remove the adapter from the end of the cable thread out the cable from the primary cover. Verbiage may not be accurate but it's simple, take your time and you should be OK.
