just got back from the tail in NC. The bike ran fine for most of the day with a stumble at about 2700rpms then got bad at the end of the day. I thought a slightly loose battery cable solved the problem. NOT!! Went to a Harley Dealer in Wayn'svill no Buell. Bought a new battery mine was 2004 wow! I thought I solved the problem. NOT. I had some great guys at Hickory Harley Buell scan it and showed ox sensor bad they did not have one so they disconected the sensor and said it would run fine but the check engine light would come on, it did not come on but craped out on I 40 about 10 miles. I reconected the sensor and made it back to Maggie Valley missing from time to time. OX sensor sound right? Did I set a record with the battery?

Mcdusa1:

BATTERY: If not, very close ...

02 SENSOR: Take it out and to a Auto Parts Store ... They look at the part number on 02 sensor and if not the exact replacement, one that will work just as good, if not better than the OEM part ...

"BUT", you might have to change the plug off the old 02 sensor to the new one ...

MAY THE LONG LASTING BUELL BE WITH YOU!!!
