Quick question: If I buy an X1 service manual, are the different year manuals so different that I need to make sure I buy one of the same year as my bike, or will any year X1 manual suffice?
Thanks!

Please buy the one specific to your year.

I've got separate manuals for my 2000 and 2002 X1's. There are differences between the two.

Lots of differences in the bikes too. It's interesting to sit parts side by side and see how lessons were learned, and the products changed as a result.

tubers are a pleasure to own, ride, and maintain.

just don't be the guy who gets hooked and goes from contently owning 1 to 6 months later owning 3. or 2 1/2

Thank God I'm single.

lol, well I own 2 50cc scooter, a Blast, an XB9, and soon an X1 :-p

But in all fairness, I own 1 of the scoots and the Blast for my girlfriend to ride, and I think we are selling the Blast and the scoots soon. So she will ride the XB and me the X1.

I love having a gf who rides and understands my addiction : )
