this is a continuation of this thread...

So, I was having some bizarre issues with my tach and i finally found out what was causing it!

the places where the wires had been rubbed through were sooo small, I couldn't see them till today when i checked for the 3rd time! LOL. My instrument fuse kept blowing out and then after a few trys to fix it, my ign fuse was blowing as well! ARG!

there are two wires that are very exposed and about half a dozen others that are on their way, I'm going to wrap them up and find a "safe" way to tuck them under the tank

BUELLers:

This is a CLASSIC EXAMPLE of why you should TYE WRAP you wiring so it is not doing the WIGGLE TEST while riding !!!

This is where these MYSTERI}OUS ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS come from !!!

MAY THE LONG LASTING BUELL BE WITH YOU !!!

went for a 2 hour ride today, no problems! YAY!!!

i wrapped up the area that got rubbed to help protect it and added a few extra zip ties to the wiring harness to keep it away from rubbing other things.

here soon i will be investing in some quality factory style wrap so that this doesn't happen again!
