I need help changing the bulb. I had to change it about three years and I forget how I did it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

If your talking about the headlight the FSM says you have to remove the fairing then remove the headlight.

Disconnect the t/s wires a remove t/s.
Remove mirrors.

Never done it myself, just went out and looked at mine,I'd say a pain in the ass if you had to replace out on the road.

If you need to change it, get a better brighter one. PIIA is good, and HID would be better. There have been numerous discussions, do a search on headlight in this forum.

Be careful with the clips when you take the light out. If you have the plastic ones, they're easy to crack. Just tap on it gently when you put it back in.
