You can't go wrong with one of these.

there are good deals out there. I just picked up a Millenium x1 for 2750. Had to put in new fork seals and speedo sensor but nothing major. Has 13000 miles on it and has been a great bike so far.

We'll see what kind of deals are out there for an S3T.

What started this line of though was an M2 I saw at the Oldsmar Flea Market here in town. It was beautiful. Speaking of beautiful, Gary yours really is fine looking.

There are handlebar risers made for these too, see the sponsors. I have an M2 that I've bit by bit been making over into an approximation of the S3T. Either the M2, or the S3T can do everything you've discussed. We have I think 2 S3T bikes for sale in the SF Bay area for around $4K.
Compared to any XB model, that's a significant savings. Especially given their capabilities. Just look at that "Mini-bagger" picture, what more could one ask for? Ok, yes, yellow paint, but still...

I was looking at the photo that Newbueller put up. Not hard to admit that model is a real looker.

I'll know monday how things shake out but going to an M2 or S3T would be a great option. One way or the other, I have to get a bike underneath me.

Great!

Looks like it has all the goodies, PM wheels, Stripe paint job, etc.

Do you know how much they want for it?

If the price is right, it might be a good alternative to a new XB.

I am totally unaffiliated, but if I was looking I would sure consider it.
