Did 01's come with hugger rear fenders? I don't see many tubers with them at all and no 01's at all. I think I want one for mine, They seem to keep the bike cleaner.

Every bike from the factory had one.

Pretty sure that's a DOT reg or something.

Yes the tubers come with huggers when new but some owners take them off because the must like spending their extra time cleaning road debris that splatters under the tail without it.

Good! Then it won't be too hard to find a used one! I don't like washing my scooter so keeping it clean is a really good thing for me.
