does the 99' m2 have the thunder heads and lighter flywheels?

All 99 models have Thunderstorm heads, and the 98 S1W did as well.


I don't know about the flywheel weight.

all '99-'02 tubers had the lighter flywheels and t-storm heads. The '98 S1Ws and I think some of the M2s and S3s as well had the Tstorms and lighter flywheels too.

AFAIK, only the 98 S1W had T-storm heads, no M2 or S3 until 99-02. The pre 99 M2 and S3 had Lightning heads.
