I missed that one completely - not sure how since I went through all Buell listings this weekend (or thought I did). Not sure I'd have gone that high since I only "need" a front fairing. Not a bad price for everything involved, though! | ||

What do you need for a fairing ? I've got some S2 body work that will be going on ebay soon. Short list S2T fairing - new / never been installed Quick silver metalic S2T fairing - used / minor chipping Quicksilver metalic Rh fairing lower for S2T - new / never been installed quicksilver metalic. Fuel Tank cover - new parkway blue ( some call it purple ) Right now all of this and more is archived but will be dug out to be photographed. | ||

Havn't given it much thought. The parts that are new are pristine and packed in original boxes. The used stuff is usable / reparable , also packed in original boxes. I've got a pile of other items around that needs to be inventoried , some new , some used. I've sold several items on here , just not in recent times. Need to purge , was going to last year , then chickened out. | ||

I would be interested in the used fairing. Someday I'll decide which color I want, or maybe have a couple of different sets. Either way, I'd rather put effort into prepping a used one than paint over a perfect piece. Frank - expect me to order more than one color shirt! Gowindward - what are you looking for? | ||

I would like a fairing, front fender, and lowers. Unless they are Black Sapphire, I would be fine with used/needing paint. I'm working on a long range project to put new paint on the bike going back with the factory Black Sapphire and don't want to be without the bike while the paint work is in progress so I'm working on collecting a second set of body work. | ||

I wish I had one of those corbin seats , having tried them before and found them to be both comfy AND stylish. No tail sections or S2 front fenders laying around either. | ||

If there are any front fairings left over, I need one. I'm in the middle of re-doing a set of bodywork and everything is prepped and ready to go except...it turns out that the fairing that I got has been badly crash-damaged and inexpertly "fixed", with a nice primer cover-up. My painter says that it would probably start cracking immediately from the shaking of the bike and that it would be more expensive to repair than it would be to buy a brand-new one!  Damn Ebay! Anyway, I'd like to be next in line if any become available. Thanks, Jay | ||

That is one ugly seat. That's the style I tried to get a while ago. You won't have to worry about me on this one. I wonder if Wilson has ever considered becoming a professional shopper. We tell him what we want, he keeps an eye out/hunts it down! | ||

I've done that before as a hobby. I picked up a set of '07 XL1200R heads last year off eBay for $84, a pair of ported STD heads and Axtell cylinders for $1000, an IDS Supertrapp for $50, and all kinds of other deals. Then I switched jobs, and now I do it out of necessity to keep my bike going LOL. | ||
