97 M2 with 19,000 miles Don't have any time to rider her. I had planned to put some time and money into it to take care of some needed maintenance items and list it for $3200. Rather than put the time(that I dont' have) and money into it I was considering selling it as is for $2500. Motor and bike as a whole are strong. Needs some carb adjusting(Its been cleaned and replaced all the gaskets), new fork oil, and replace transfer case gasket as there is an oil leak. It's not a project bike just one that needs some time and know how. I priced it out the repairs at the Harley Dealership for around $400. With that price, $2500, being firm do you think there would be any interest or should I get the work done and offer it at $3200? |

I'd be cool with that... There's a pic in my profile. I have since added bar end mirrors, integrated smoked tail light, license plate bracket, and ditched the bag on the seat. |

With the used bike market being in the basement along with every other market I would leave it at $2500. and let the new owner do the repairs if they want to. If you think the market will get better quickly then hang on to it, It wont cost you anything to have it sit in the corner of the living room and you will always have something to talk about. |

Nice M2. Is the exhaust pictured still on the bike? Because I didn't see you mention anywhere that it has the Buell race exhaust, which is pictured. Or mayber you didn't realize you had it? Anyway it should help you sell the bike IMHO. |

Same exhaust. Did not know it was the race exhaust. How can you tell? |

The collector (where the two pipes come together) for the stock is in front of the motor, the collector for the race exhaust is around and under the left side. It's a pretty damn rare exhaust anymore. I think I know of some people that would probably trade you their stocker plus some cash, or buy it outright. |

Did you post in the classies yet? Your bike is nice and the repairs are nominal, looks like a great price for this market. |
