Froggy go and buy H/D battery kit 65948-00 it is for VRSC, 2000 and Later Buell models, and Buell S1. I have the battery laying down as per your X1 and it works a charm and only cost $154 Australian peso.

I bought mine and fitted it today ; )

I don't have an X1 yet, the one I am looking at has a battery thats only useful as a doorstop. I have a decent battery I just swapped off my XB, so I figured I could swap it in just so I can ride it home. If I did get this bike, I would be getting another Speedcell battery. 2lbs and and the size of 2 cigarette boxes, cant be beat : )
