Hold on to your wallet. I don't know if this is the right part but STM makes one. I like the engine braking or that price.

I saw that, but can't find the corresponding part on the company's site. I'm always wary of ebay items whose authenticity can't be verified. There are too many cheap forgeries out there..

I bought an oil cooler advertised to be a similar item to the one asb sells that goes between the block and the filter. What I got was a cover with fins that just slips on around the filter.

Slipper clutch is another term for LAZY RIDER.

That's what the lever on the left is for... and if you want to really impress your friends, there's a little tube on the right, too.

: )

This may not address your need but if you are trying to reduce the amount of engine braking, there are a few parameters in the ECMSPY which allow you to "control" how quickly the motor decelerates when you close the throttle and a few other things. I don't have access to the software here at work but I think it is on the "Other Maps" tab. You can also play around with the Timing Maps and that also allows you some level of control on how quickly the engine speed drops and choose the engine speeds where you would like all this to happen. The Timing maps are a bit tricky because you can do some serious damage if you are not careful. Anyway, all in all, take a closer look at the ECMSPY and see if you can get close to the "effect" you are looking for. It is an extremely powerful tool and does a whole lot more than just allowing for controlling the fuel maps.
