I used to buy nothing but Interstate batteries for my Harleys.
They had heavier plates that wouldn't crack from vibration.

Now I hear Yuasa makes almost all of the major brands.
The H-D batteries I sell at work are top-notch, made by Yuasa I'm told.

I just bought an Odyssey, made in USA.
Vibration resistant, and high cranking power, they claim. Priced about the same as others, like about $100 or less.
