I know Ratbuell and I had a thread earlier but nothing came of it. Can anyone tell me what the correct part numbers are for the complete set of S2T decals? (light blue in color for the Quick Silver bike)

The parts book does not really specify the blue color nor does it specify a S2T decal (different from the S2) for the rear fairing. Can someone help me out? I need a complete set.

From the parts book
14600-95y Tank cover (dark gray/light gray)
14601-95y Tank cover (white/blue)
14602-95y Tank cover (white gray)

14603-95y front fairing (gray)
14604-95y front fairing (white)

14605-95y rear fairing (dark gray/light gray)
14606-95y rear fairing (white/blue)
14607-95y rear fairing (white/gray)

thanks for any help, Frank

I am sending this to the "King of All Graphics" and we'll get a complete, with current part numbers, listing for you.

Court, thank you so much for your help and be sure to thank the Graphics King for me.

I may have not been clear in my request. So let me see if I got this right. The Quick Silver S2T came with blue decals. The front fairing decal says "Buell" and the tank decal says "Buell American Motorcycles" and the rear fairing decal says " S2-T Thunderbolt" vice the regular S2 decal that was "S2 Thunderbolt" with different letter fonts"

So looking at the list the blue Front fairing decal is ???

The Tank Decal is 14601-95y Tank cover (white/blue) Part Number now M0730WH/BL.8.

The rear fairing decal is 14606-95y rear fairing (white/blue) Part Number now M0745WH/BL.8.

I guess what confuses me ,and others, is the S2T decals are not called out (rear fairing for example) but from what I think is correct is the BL or Blue code in the part number. However the front fairing does not have the BL or blue color decal listed.

The S2 did not use the Blue decals only the S2T so that is what I am going by with the exception of the front fairing.

I know, clear as mud.... I am going to order one of each from a dealer and see what comes back.

Frank,
I may have found what you are looking for.
Part number 14606-96Y is for a blue/blue tail decal. That number is obsoleted, but the new number is M0745BL/BL.A
I couldn't find an original number for the blue tank (cover) decals, but I think I found the new one: M0730BL/BL.8
The front fairing old number is 14730-96Y (obsolete) superceded to M0742BL.A

Synopsis:

Fairing:
Old P/N: 14730-96Y
New P/N: M0742BL.A
% Chance Correct: 100%

Tailpiece:
Old P/N: 14606-96Y
New P/N: M0745BL/BL.A
% Chance Correct: 90%

Tank Cover (need two):
Old P/N: ?????-??
New P/N: M0730BL/BL.8
% Chance Correct: 70%?

Hope this helps. If I'm correct do you think you could get Court to nominate me as a pseudo-elf? Either that or give me that beulltiful white S2 of yours...

Jay, I sent Zac an email at HCHD and man those decals are expensive. 70 dollars for the 4.

I really appreciate you running those part numbers down.

I wonder why they did not put them in the parts book. I will post pics and corresponding numbers when they get here. Frank

Hello,
I live in France and I have a S2T.
I search blue/light blue decal for my Quicksilver Metallic S2T.
Do you know the code for the decal please ?
Thank you very much.

The post immediately above yours shows all of the decals for the Quicksilver Metallic S2T, as well as their part numbers.

I'm not sure how easily these can be ordered through a dealer anymore, so it might be a challenge unless going through someone like JW Boon. However, IIRC, there is a tail section decal on eBay right now.

Hope this helps,
1313

Repainting my s2 yellow jacket. Need a couple of the white/blue tank decals M0730WH/BL.8. I have sourced the tail from buellster parts, the nose from stpaul hd via eBay. I had a friend try to replicate them. The buell logo is close, the American motorcycles is a little small and needs rework. I'd prefer factory originals though :/. Anyone have any ideas? JWBoon wants a minimum of 75 Euro to place an order but claim to have them on the website.
