This bike keeps the buell swingarm/shock/frame/rubber mounting. It is a complete custom, not the usual kit drivel assembled by a no-talent assclown with more t.v. watching time than riding/wrenching time. But I digress... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&_trksid=p2761.l1259&item=160314446711&viewitem=#ebayphotohosting Anyway the guy selling it didn't build it, I'm trying to figure out who did, supposedly an engineer. It's still just chasing a trend, but there are a couple interesting mods that I'd like to look into. For your viewing enjoyment. Or not.

one way to make an s1 seat more uncomfortable, turn it around! fugly, i wonder if it holds enough fuel to get to the next station? the worst part is that someone thought that it would be awesome to build this! Sometimes I wonder what Erik Buell thinks when he sees "art" like this. |

Sometimes I wonder what Erik Buell thinks when he sees "art" like this. He says... "Wow, they missed the point COMPLETELY!" LOL |

Looks like they just completely hack the bike. They cut the whole fram up and use it. |

I don't see the shock so we don't really know if it is a rigid, or not. Personally, it is not my cup of tea but I admire the labor that went into the design and fabrication of what is certainly a one of a kind machine that is not the cookie cutter chopper kit. I just wish that people wouldn't cut up tubers for this kind of project. There are no shortage of Sportsters to do this to |

I threw up in my own mouth..It is a total turd and I like choppers for what they are, Straight line LOOK AT ME, I AM A POSER HARDASS. I 95% of choppers don't get 1000 miles a year on them. They are too uncomfortable and the mid-life crisis guys that can afford to buy them need a back brace, Aleve and are a cripple from the Ape hangers and thier Carpel Tunnel kicks in the day after they ride them. IF you use and S&S motor..Fine but cut up bikes that are getting rarer everyday.. NO Thanks.. |

I really like that front pulley cover and the blacked out swingarm. Uhhhhh....... The cut/blacked out cam case looks pretty slick too (glad I saw this pic, been wanting to make my cam cover look like that but wasn't sure how it would look with the silver engine case) Am I thread jacking again? I don't really care for the rest of the bike much though. |

I wonder how long the rubber mount lasts if that is rigid. Or I wonder if it makes a difference at all. The motor vibes may be much more wearing on the mount than the hits the mount will take with no suspension to absorb it. |

I don't see it even after looking again. I figure he has a strut like Illeagle. Just without the class and elegence of Illeagle's ride |

Aren't ALL Buell choppers "interesting"? Like car wrecks and puss - ya just GOTTA look! This bike here is nicely done - appears to be well constructed and took a lot of engineering and design work to accomplish. BUT!- In my (and apparently most everyone here's) opinion it's hideous. Just 'cause you have the tools and ability, and you CAN, does that mean you SHOULD? AL |
