I bought a set of S2 forks off the badweb and after getting them installed on my rolling chassis, I think they are worn out. There is a lot of slop between the inner tube and outer tube. I imagine there are bushings of some sort inside there that could be replaced.

Does anyone have any advice on how to repair these?

Thanks,
Jeff

This will give you an idea of what's involved. The service manuals do a good job of cover a rebuild too.
