I'm kinda new here so i hope I'm not breaking any forum rules, but here goes. recently i lent my friend my bike and to make a long story short he floated the valves and trashed everything from the valves to the center cases. I'm calling it a complete loss, but I'm trying to sell what i can off it so I'm selling a complete carbon fiber package for a 1997 S1. it includes a buell race carbon tail section, carbon fiber windscreen, and a borla carbon fiber muffler. all parts are in good shape, with some slight wear. i'm asking $500 for the whole lot plus shipping. my e-mail is nvhunter85@aol.com i hope someone else can get the joy out of having their buell look this good as i once did. ~Nat | ||

You might want to post in the classifieds Nat. Why not just fix it? That is a pretty desireable bike, particularly among us old school Buellers. | ||

I'd love too, but i can't afford to fix it, it was a great bike. IMHO, the 97 was the pinnacle of buell aesthetics. unfortunately, the center case was trashed and i can't find one without spending a lot of money. i guess it may be worth asking though, does anyone have a case for sale? | ||
