yeah, that would be quite a ride. What I was talking about streetable though is can you run it on the 91 octane at the local C-store. Many of us around the country can't find 93 or better octane gas to run higher comp ratios. |

You should see what Dan Baisley @ Baisley high performance can do with a set of heads and pistons Pammy you should know chucks pro dragster has heads by baisley at least it did when i was talking with sunny on a friday afternoon at woodburn Ive never seen your guys work. But i did allmost buy willies old supergas bike |

Wes' motor packages can be run on pump gas(even mine). He designs the headwork and pistons and cams to work together to make that so. All combustion chambers and dome volumes are measured carefully. Cam specs are calculated to end up with a user friendly "realized" compression ratio. I know Dan very well. He is one of my favorite people. Tell him that Wes and Pam say hello if you are in his area. He a great guy. Mike Bonmire owns the bike that Chuck rode last year. I believe that Mike works on those heads himself. I'll ask Mike for you when I talk to him. Wes does/did the heads on Chucks own Dragster... I agree that STD makes a great casting...very maliable. |

Prior to mike owning that bike it was ridden by sonny burres and the motor had been built by dan. Little side note sonny got rookie of the year on a pro dragster at the ripe old age of 72 the man is nuts. Lol |
