G'day all, I'm from oztralia. I have an 02 cyclone with a lower chin fairing fitted to it off an x1 lightning. I bought a works performance shock with the long remote reservoir and fitted this reservoir on the other side of the frame as per instructions. My problem is- how do you rebolt the chin fairing securely back to the engine as my old showa reservoir was used as an anchor or attachment point. Is the old showa remote reservoir used as an attachment point on the x1 lightning as well? Or is what I had a bodgey fit up? Is there a proper kit I need that is used on the x1 lightning? Thanks for help and any pics would be great!!

You will have to make a strap from 1/8 x 3/4 metal and attach it to the shock mount.
I made second one for the left side on my X1 because it shook so bad.
