I've looked and looked in the KV and search option but cannot for the life of me find a part number for the injectors for a '99 X1. I remember threads of days past mentioning the injectors were Ford or Pontiac or something or that those would work and could be picked up at a local auto parts store. Also someone mentioned an upgrade? It's going in with a 1250 kit so the stockers will work just fine but if I can find them at the local auto parts shop that would be even better or if I need to support a sponsor I'm cool with that too. Thanks for any info.

You can have the old ones modified, Or here is the factory part#29533-99y. I just put new injectors in my 01 x1. Hope the numbers help.

nice looking out Tripp i have the old parts manual. Oh you can get them rebuilt and mod the width of the injector pulse It usually costs around $80.00 to do both injectors, And injectors have a life of about 1 billion pulses that should easily outlast the life of the motorcycle. i used my old injectors as guinea pigs for the rebuild test. I mangled one, Trying to separate the outer housing and now i know how they work and come apart.

Just take one to an injection shop and match one up, I tried to cross reference the number off the injector to no success.
