can I paint the engine? Planning on using a high temp paint of course, but will the paint hinder the conduction of heat by the cooling fins? I know it's a stupid question, but I'd rather be the guy who has to ask than the guy whose engine overheated due to paint  (Message edited by pkforbes87 on October 30, 2008) | ||

No worries, I paint them all the time. Harley used to paint them prior to 1995. |
