Well, long story short... my desk top(which has my Service manual on it), is down....

This weekend on HHR4, I did a number on my trans.... Output shaft seal quit, and I continued to ride it...

Pretty much outta oil now, and real clunky.. doesnt seem to want to roll...

ANYWAY, I wont know the extent of the damage until I can pull the primary cover off.

SO... if there is any way someone could help me out with the trans/primary section of the S/M.. I would be appreciative...

If you have access to BadWeb, you have access to the S1 S/M in the Knowledge Vault, and the S1 transmission section is the same for all 5-speed tube-frames.

You should have a "HARD COPY" of the Factory Service Manual and Parts Book for the year and model of your BUELL ...

I should... but all I have is my PDF copy.... 98% of my stuff is in storage... that is what happens, when your pack out is the same day as a job interview half way across the country...
