I've installed them on the M2. They bolted right in where the factory mirrors were, and were a huge improvement over the stockers.

Yes, got them on my 2002 X1 and love them. They look and work so much better than stock its ridiculous. No mods necessary. Bolt right on.

Is it any specific year Tuono mirrors? Will they work with an S1?

They'll work on an S1, or any handlebar mounted mirror'd Buell.
