How many people run chain drive? I have a buell swingarm with a Hayabusa rim that I converted over to use on my old x1. The wheel and axle is busa, everything else is buell. All replacement parts are easy to get. I have been trying to get rid of it for over a month now...... Don't know if anyone would be interested in horse trading for it or knowing someone that would want it.
It is from an x1

Also, was wondering if there is a market for custom tail/subframes for the x1. I made one for myself, and would love to make some more for other people. The one I've done so far was a 05 gsxr600 that looked pretty sweet, damn near OEM

I run a chain. I couldn't keep belts on mine. I snapped two and got fed up.

Pics of your bike man!

I also need to know if there is a preferrence in having a trunk or passenger accomidations. My tail had neither. The upside was that the frame and tail weighed in at 3 1/2 pounds all together...... hehe.. Trying to offset the weight of the airtech...... Friggin thing weighed 20 pounds~ I don't know if that angle was acceptable for the tail, I thought it matched the body and main frame very well.
