For the first time ever I drained the catch cans after a month and there was nothing in there...bone dry. One of the mechanics asked me if I had any oil in the motor BTW I just did a complete motor rebuild on her...it's a '96 with new '00 style crank, Revolution Performance 1250 kit and Cycle Rama ported XB heads. |

Don't route the trans breather and crank breather into the same catch can like I did.. My catch can was always empty but all of the moisture was blowing into the primary. oops.. |

No trans catch can. I have one for the head breathers and one for a bottom-end XR750 breather system that I'm also using. It's the only way I could come up with to get rid of the high-rpm oil mist issue. |
