I had an S1 with a stage 2 nallin step up that had missing teeth on the belt. Rode the bike that way for over 1k miles. I'm not an aggreive rider but I did torque around on that bike like all my others and didnt have an issue with the belt. I'm not saying to NOT change the belt... but they do hold up with missing teeth.

Thanks Jespo. For those of us who live in colder climates, from here on out every nice day counts! I will ride it around until the belt arrives...
Like my grandpa used to say..."you can't let a few missing "teeth" get in the way of a good meal"...

Ditto on the iso replacement while you're in there. Al @American Sport bike is the way to go. He will be about half of what the dealer will charge you inc shipping

I think you'll have no problem using your current belt for awhile.
