some times when I shut my bike off it makes a small squeaking noise is this normal? If not what would be the cause of this? Should I be afraid?

Coming from where?

My bikes squeaks whenever I'm pushing, rolling really slow from the front pulley. I never did figure out what that was from.

sounds like it is coming from the engine. It only happens some times right when I shut the engine off.

Do you have an aftermarket air cleaner?

I have a forcewinder, and if it's the same "squeak," which sounds more like a whistle when you think about it. Then, I know exactly what your talking about. I don't exactly know what it is, but mine does it occasionally as well.

Anyone else care to chime in?

yeah, if you put your ear next to the air cleaner when the bike is idleing and frog the gas a little, you'll here the A/C. My last two hurricane-flow air cleaners made the same noise. I don't know if it's because of the K&N filters or the better air-flowing design the setup itself that cause the noise, but it is normal.

Yeah i also have a force winder and i hear the same thing everytime I shut it off. I always just thought it was the carb. Like the throttle plate or whatever closing. Good to know its normal though
