I have had problems from day 1 with the fromt Y Hanger on my bike because the bolt was lost prior to me buying it and it have a harware store bolt in it . I can't get it right so I am going to buy a new Y hanger. I tried a dealer but they could not understand what I wanted and when I though they did they said the part was about $125. Through Al at American Sport Bike it is like $90 so I am confused. All I need is the Y hanger and the blot, I dont need the regulator relocator. Can someone look up the part # for me? Thanks
Ryan

There is nothing wrong with Hardware bolts, nuts, washers(lock and star),and spacers as long as you buy the right stuff ...

Go to the Dealer as ask them to show you the BUELL Service BUELLetin "B-032 July 27,2000" ...

On Page 2 of 5 it has the Parts Picture ...

It does not have the Part Numbers as this was the Kit Instruction pages, "BUT" a 2002 TUBE FAME(any of the Models)Parts Book will show Part Numbers ...

Ok, I have done that and the bushings move, they are not solid in the mount. You can't buy just the bushings. So I have to buy the whole thing. I was using spacers to keep everything in place but the spacers are wearing and notits just not Right. So I am going to pay the money and just buy the whole thing. I guess the only reason I called a dealer is that I was going to buy an shirt too but i know American Sport Bike has them on their site for $93. I could not get the part guy to find it and when he did he said it was $125. Maybe the price from Buell went up, wouldn't be the first time (Front Rotor).

I was hoping to get the part number for the whole Y hanger including the bolt, nut, spacer, washer, and bushing. I guess he only thing I don't need is the regulator bracket.

Thanks

When everything is tightened enough the bushings will tighten up. There's supposed to be one solid spacer between the muffler mounts.
