Bike; 2000 m2 Explanation. As i was getting on throttle(heavy) i missed a shift from 2nd to 3rd, after i did this i noticed that it has a hesitation when you rev the bike at idle. like a delay almost Question: WTF will cause this. any ideas??? | ||

Same model and year, I've had a bit of a stumble or hesitation this year. Running some carb/injector cleaner through this tank of gas... it is running better about 40 mile into this tank. Didn't want to pull the carb off to clean the jets so I'm trying the easiest method first. No idea why you'd have a hesitation after revving it out on a missed shift though. Seems odd. Might want to just check your throttle cables for excess play or binding. | ||

actually i was thinking of more along the lines of internals, like valves and the valve lash could reving the motor with no load cause this. just a thought..... |
