Just curious but I was searching badweb hoping to find some information about possibly installing some additional driving lights to be utilized while commuting. I drive mostly highway but I feel as though I need a bit more light in front. I have the stock bulb in my S3 and I was looking for some suggestions (if any ) for possible lighting upgrades. I know of companies like motolight and saeng offer a possibility. Does anyone use any type of additional lighting up front on their tubers and if possible, how does your selection work for your application? I am just trying to find a solution for my self. Thanks in advance for any information that is provided. | ||

I did the same thing with some cheapo's from Wall Mart I believe is where they came from. Cut the mount in half and mounted them next to the headlight with a stock fastener under the turn signals. A lighted rocker switch snapped into the hole nicely and they help tremendously over my stock X1 light. Here are a few poor quality pics to let you see how they're mounted. If they ever go out I'll probably just scrap 'em and buy new for what I got in them. Michael | ||

I have been seeing several types of HID units that have the ballast built into the housing so that it is very compact. The price isn't bad for HIDs either. Since the ones that I have seen aren't by a sponsor I won't say who they are. Maybe a sponsor has some that would work for you. | ||
