Hey all, I've got a 95' S2 that HAD a Force exhaust until it cracked in bend #2 on the front cylinder. Stock header is back on for good, but I can't find a new muffler. Does anybody still make them for the 95'???

I have a supertrapp for S2 if you're interested...I took it off when I scored a Buell race muffler. I know...2" header and 2.5" muffler. $2 adaptor from the autoparts store fixed that - walker exhaust 2" ID to 2.5" OD, if I recall correctly.

But the 'trapp is 2", bolts right up. Just not my taste for sound, more braaap than thump.

I have an empty D&D and the factory's # if you'd prefer their sound. The cap and packing blew out on a recent trip to Snyder, but D&D sells replacements. I was going to repair it but I just scored a Force pipe myself. I'd take $60 shipped as well. The V&H would be a cheaper fix, but the D&D is a more unique alternative.

Thanx for your reply. I have found a used V&H that works great! Phelan... I loved the sound from my Force, but I wrapped the upper portion twice with header wrap just to keep the heat off my leg. Compared to the stock header the force was easier to access the ignition cone and view the timing plug. Unfortunatly the first time I removed it, (after 8K) it cracked bad.
