A few months ago I bought a new FJR for touring -- its a great bike -- although it's so smooth it's almost boring -- I'm holding on to the Buell -- of course-- but I removed my bags as I am going to use it more as my "sport bike". I want to put my saddlebags on craigslist -- Amazon Green deep covers with inner bags and hardware -- look like new --they have 4 trips and about 4000 miles on them -- any suggestions on what I should ask? Check the price of them new, then cut it in half to start stand where your comfortable. None of us want to give away our used parts but the market is well, you know. Also, run it in the classified section and mention what model they fit. |
