Can anybody tell me if the 2000-up S3/S3T uses the same fuel tank as a 2002 M2? Thanks.

No, they are different.

The S3 uses one with an internal fuel pump.

The M2 just has a petcock.

you sure bout that dave? where is the fuel pump for the 02 m2 then? i woulda guessed that since both were fuel injected that they would share the same tank

I don`t believe the M2s were ever fuel injected. So yep the tanks are different.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. What I really wanted to know is if the shape is the same, specifically if a bra for an S3 would fit an M2. BTW, the M2 is not fuel injected. Thanks.

The M2 was the budget Buell at the time. That is why it was carberated, had conventional forks without compression damping, and didn't have a tachometer until 2001. They never made a fuel injected M2.
