It's not firing evenly seems like the front cylinder is weak.

I'm going to reset the pushrods(shaved heads)and see if that cures it. The Hall effect is kinda melted too, but if it fires at all, that should be good, no?

I readjusted the pushrods, no change, so I replaced the timer plate, and it idles fine. Coincidence got me; I don't know why it decided to go bad right now. Damn thing was running fine, when I took it apart.rolleyes

True enough. It's never been hauled home yet, so I'm lucky.

I'm going to Gunk it tomorrow, put the rest of the body back on, and burn some 93.
