Hi all Have a 97 M2 with 45k. I usually run the stock Dunlops and love the handling up I'm tired of eating back tires in 4000 miles. The type of riding I do is what I wound consider sports touring and would still like performance but willing to trade a little for longevity. Any tire suggestions? Thanks Gian4 | ||

I like the Conti road attacks great mileage and response out of them, plus they stick great at the track. I'm looking forward to wearing out this current set and trying the NEW Pilot Roads though, or a set of the Avon sport touring models, don't recall the model designations though. | ||

I like the Conti Road Attacks also. They helped my M2 turn in faster and seems to have helped the bike to be more responsive in all types of riding. They also seem to be wearing like iron compared to the stock Dunlops. All types of riding from a blast down the freeway to get to the mountain twisties and some aggressive canyon running. I stayed with stock sizes. Bob | ||

I use the Perelli Diablo Strada. They run well in the cold and are supposed to last 10-12k miles. I've had a couple of instances where my front tire slip a bit because of the sand on the road after snow. Perelli's slid on the sand, caught and along I went, no worse for wear. | ||

I've been running a Pilot Road out back for a few years now, with a softer Pilot Power up front. I like the mix, but in wet and or cold, the Pilot Road out back does me no favors at all. | ||

I've got a 97' Cyclone too and I just put a set of Shinko Advance tires on it. These are great tires and very affordable. I researched these tires before I bought them and the people who posted reviews about them all had positive things to say about them. I got mine for $165.00 plus $20 for shipping for the set. |
