Author Message   Lennyzrx Posted on Friday, May 23, 2008 - 08:13 pm:        hello everyone. I picked up an old 97 Cyclone and the gas tank has been repainted and is bubbling. I'd like to pick up another tank while this one gets repainted with the PPG materials I found using the search. My question is what gas tanks will fit a 97 cyclone? Seems only 96-97. I found some info on fitting latter FI tanks by blanking off the pump area. I'm just not sure if they'll fit around my frame. thank's   Buelltours Posted on Friday, May 23, 2008 - 09:29 pm:        Hi there! You can also fit a later M2 gas tank as M2s were always carbed and never had a fuel pump. Any S1 tank will work too. The locks are all the same for every key. Good luck.
