Finally got the x1 going but when I ride it at low RPM's 2000-3000 it seems to be really jerky. It is just because I have put like 50 miles on the D&D or because its just still warming up to the race ecm? Probably just paranoid, but Id rather be safe than sorry.

if it means anything to you i have a race ecm and force pipe, and it is really herky jerky under 3k rpm. but after that ya better hang on! i dont like it for pulling out of parking lots and bike nights and such, but when i get on the road it is never below that rpm so im glad i have a race ecm and loud pipe!!!!

My loud pipe + forcewinder pulls fine from 2000-up.

Make sure that your intake air sensor is hooked up to be in the intake airflow.

It's very critical to get the TPS right.
It has to be zeroed when the engine is warm.
Make sure the throttle body doesn't have crud in there when you reset the thing as it will throw off the butterfly just a tiny bit.

Check your primary chain. Might be loose.
TPS and AFV reset.
