How do you guys like this coating on my KT pipe? It has dramatically helped heat retention and has kept the heat off my right leg!

I don't doubt the effectiveness of the heat reduction, but White? It is a little hard on the eyes. I w/ have opted for the black or maybe silver.

War,

The coating only comes in white, but it "rougher" texture provides a good base for a ceramic-based high-temp paint. I like the contrast and only wish my frame was white as well.

I was thinking of putting my aux. lights down low like that but put them next to the headlight. Does it make a difference or is it for cosmetic purposes?

Kyrocket,

Prior to install, I found the following info. on a BMW owner's page:
"The ideal position for fog lights is low, about a foot or so off the road. The low mounting position minimizes direct reflection of light back into your eyes, so you get the least possible glare."

Air cleaner was made by Bartel's

Thanks, good to know. I rarely, if ever, have to ride in fog so I'll leave 'em be.
