I my mirrors installed and it turned out pretty good. I had to put the center bolt as tight as I could then I put lock tight on the worm screws that set them in place. I also put a set of superbike bars. check it out

Thanks, no shake-firm mounting system, got them in the classifieds but you can find them fairly easily, I bought them here for 85 shipped but new they are like 135-175 depending on where you get them.

Here is a link to webshots. The truck is a '72 GMC with 72k miles on it and it is my daily driver, gets me an average of 18mpg and runs a I6 w/3 speed manual.

By the way, stick the mirrors out the ends and you won't see any elbow.

Or-

Put the left on the right and the right on the left so they hang down below the bars. Looks even badder and your rear-view goes under your elbows. Thats what I did with my CRG bar-ends.

The Oberons are identical left and right. It's just how you set them up.
