the nut that fits on trip reset knob...96 s1...i went to reset the trip meter and pushed it in...seems like the nut that holds it on over the face plate, must have fallen/vibrated off...any one know what size it is? thanks

Dunno the size offhand, but it's a standard early Sporty part. I got a replacement for my S2 last year for about a buck. Use loctite : )
