Has anyone added a Radial Master cylinder to thier tuber? I am considering it because with the drag bars I have the big mastercylinder that is stock hits the triple trees and makes the brake handle be up a little and makes it so I can't use a mirror on that side because it faces the ground.

If anyone has added one of these new style master cylinders post a pic and tell which you bought.

I got the brembo supersport gp radial. I will take a pic and try to post. I love it. Great progressive feel. I have stock bars but the mounting area is small.

I've thought about doing the same. What size cylinder did you go with and are you happy with force / feel balance? What size caliper?

Thanks

I went with the Brembo 16x18. I shopped around and right now the best deal is from www.hardracing.com. I didn't get mine there. I got mine from another place then bought the billet micro switch mount and the switch from yoyodyneti.com. Right now if you buy the switch and the mount along with the mstr cylinder you get a deal.(didn't have that when I got it)

I LOVE it. There isn't much stock on my bike. This is one item I enjoy every time I ride. Al at www.americansportbike.com has a nice nissan that also includes the reservoir. I had to fab a mount and I got a risoma.

I have a 97 s1 and the PM 6 piston caliper. It will work with most single rotor brake setups. Check the site and they will tell you the correct one if you want to go dual rotors. At the same time I got a wave rotor.

I used to roadrace and brake really hard with the front and don't use the back. This brings it into the true one or two finger braking range. I haven't had to push the brakes much. You have so much better feel. It seems like you are connected to the front wheel like never before. I can't really explain how much better it feels. You won't be disappointed.

PM me your email address and I will send you pics. I hate the process of resizing, but understand why. Good luck...
