OK fellas, here it is. My 97 Cyclone (the junkyard dog) has the manta tank on it. Well, I put a set of X1 bars on it with my 97'-vintage controls on it. Now that it's back together, the grips hang off the end of the bars. I've pushed the controls as far inward as I can without notching my flyscreen for clearance. I've got something like 1 1/2" of grip hanging off the end of the bars. I've been looking really hard at a set of clubmans because the grip-portion of the bars looks like it will be long enough but I'm concerned about the bars hitting the tank. Does anybody have these on their manta-equipped tuber?

Blazin Buell flattened out a set and they worked just fine with the manta tank. Heres the link...just copy and paste.

Bikemaster has em dirt cheap (under $30). You can order them through PreferredPowersports.com

I tried the Pro series clip ons on my S1W when I still had it and the bars hit the tank when I tried to turn it all the way from side to side. Does anyone have a set of clubmans that I could "test fit"? I would pay shipping to and from.

I will try and get some of these and stick em' on and if everything fits, I'll post picks for all of you fellow manta-tankers. And if I need to flatten em' out to get them to fit, I'll use this trusty piece of plywood in my shed and my truck to "persuade" them to flatten out. Thanks for all of the links and advise, Bros.

I tried a set of clubmans upside down and they hit the top fork caps. I'm now looking at a set of Rox Speed risers to give me some more adjustability
